Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Ammara Designs will accept most items for exchange. Please contact AmmaraDesignsSA@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your garment if you wish to exchange it.

Please ensure that the item is returned in the same and condition within 5 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 5 day protocol are only eligible for store credit not exchange. For your protection, please pack your returns with all of the original packaging, return your order with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Ammara Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a detailed note with your name, email address and invoice number in the package on return. We cannot refund shipping charges on exchange items.
